LOGAN, Utah - ABC Real Estate is the only real estate company in Northern Utah whose aim in their business is to give people in the community opportunities to benefit from real estate. They make this possible by using a beneficiary-equity holding land trust to create beneficiaries in a trustee. If an individual is looking for a home and isn't able to qualify for a mortgage because of bad credit, ABC Real Estate will appoint a credit beneficiary to allow the individual to live in the home until qualifications are met. If a person is trying to sell a home in the bad market right now, this is very benefitting to them as well, which is the purpose of the company.
Preston Parker, president and founder of the company said, "In order for the community to benefit from ABC Real Estate, we need qualified investors whose interest if for the common good of others, so we can get the real estate market going again." Parker has two mentors who have already begun a successful company in Salt Lake and in California.
The company basically works by taking a person in need, whether it is a seller or buyer, and makes a trust of the land. Atleast four other people are involved as beneficiaries, including the buyer and seller. Each profit in the end and as Parker said it is almost a gaurantee factor that the value of the home will increase in 40 years.

ReplyDeleteI liked your story. You were able to get a lot of good information despite our crazy time restriction.
One change I would make is to shorten you lead. You have a bunch of good information, but there's almost too much. Try to consolidate one main point and bring up the rest in the next graph.
Other than that, I thought it was great!
